Xeinadin takes 8,000 sq ft at 100 Barbirolli Square
The professional services firm has become the second occupier to take space within the Manchester office building following its comprehensive refurbishment.
KJG Xeinadin, created when Xeinadin acquired accountancy firm Kay Johnson Gee in 2019, has signed a lease on 8,000 sq ft on the eighth floor of the 155,000 sq ft 100 Barbirolli Square.
The company joins law firm Brabners in the building, which is owned by AEW Investors.
KJG Xeinadin, which is relocating from 1 City Road East, will move its growing team into 100 Barbirolli Square in June.
The firm’s new office will house central Xeinadin teams including operations, marketing, central finance and IT functions as well as some of the Xeinadin Corporate Finance team, with space allowing for future growth.
The office relocation comes on the heels of a key senior hire and several promotions within the business.
Michael Butt has joined Xeinadin from EY as a director in its audit and accounting practice.
“Now is a very exciting time to join KJG,” Butt said. “As part of the Xeinadin Group, there is access to a wide range of expertise, continuous innovation and professionalism of a big firm whilst retaining the entrepreneurship and close relationships which are hugely valuable to our clients.”
