Salary: Up to £75K depending on experience
We are recruiting in partnership with a family owned and well established Legal & Professional Services business who are going through a huge period of growth. This is a unique ‘in house’ Building Surveying opportunity, focusing on medium and large scale projects within the Commercial Office Space. Reporting into the Projects Director, you will be responsible for the delivery of £multi million construction fit out projects across the UK. Your experience in Technical Due Diligence and Dilapidation reports will also be valuable when reporting back to the board.
Experience & Skills
- Leading on a broad range of projects, Office Fits Outs being essential.
- Ability to build and maintain senior level stakeholder engagement.
- Project, process and operations focused.
- Chartered Building Surveyor desirable but not essential.
