Are you a Graduate Quantity Surveyor with at least two years’ experience looking to take your career to the next level? Do you want to work for a leading property consultancy with a strong track record of developing talent and supporting professionals to become Chartered Surveyors?

We are seeking a motivated Graduate QS to join a dynamic team in Liverpool, where you’ll work on exciting commercial fit-out projects for a diverse range of high-profile clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain first-class industry experience while benefiting from structured APC support to achieve RICS chartership.

About You:

• At least two years’ experience as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor
• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Passionate about progressing towards Chartered status (MRICS)
• Experience working on commercial fit-out projects is a plus
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
