Avison Young promotes five in Manchester
Planners Dan Brown and Rhian Smith, as well as building surveyor Tom Williams, have been promoted to directors at Avison Young. Quantity surveyor Paige Lambert and Joe Gartside from Avison Young’s business rates team have also been promoted, moving to associate director roles.
Dan Brown is a chartered town planner with over 18 years’ experience, specialising in the retail, leisure, and commercial development fields.
Rhian Smith has over 10 years’ experience in the industry, joining Avison Young in 2013 as a graduate planner and moving her way up to principal planner in 2018.
Building surveyor Tom Williams started his career at Avison Young as a chartered building surveyor in 2015, moving to a senior surveying position in April 2019.
Paige Lambert joined Avison Young in August 2021 from her position as quantity surveyor at Winvic Construction, which she held for four years.
Meanwhile, Joe Gartside brings over 22 years of experience to the role of associate director, having joined the company in 2017. The senior surveyor previously worked as a business rates surveyor at GL Hearn, a position he held for 17 years.
These appointments follow Avison Young’s Manchester office’s move to 11 York Street.
