- CAROLINE BAKER, CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD | Specialises in advising public sector clients on strategy and development. She has worked extensively across Cheshire over the last 10 years preparing multiple town centre strategies. She is currently leading a multidisciplinary team to prepare vitality plans for nine local centres in Cheshire East.
- SAM DARBY, BRUNTWOOD SCITECH | Responsible for the delivery of new builds and extensive refurbishments schemes. Sam’s experience includes the delivery of research and development laboratories, new and refurbished commercial offices, extensive work on listed buildings, working alongside local councils & government departments and the delivery of residential communities.
- STEVEN BROOMHEAD, WARRINGTON COUNCIL | Projects include regeneration of Warrington Town Centre, Birchwood Park, Omega development, solar farm development and logistics and distribution development in South Warrington.
- LOUISE GITTINS, CHESHIRE WEST & CHESTER COUNCIL, INTERIM CHAIR, TRANSPORT FOR THE NORTH | Responsibilities include devolution, public service reform, and wider external partnerships. Councillor Gittins continues to be the cabinet member for wellbeing; incorporating culture, leisure, heritage and green spaces.
- KEVIN PARKER, REDROW HOMES | Responsible for promoting best practice in placemaking across the company as well as providing urban design support to all of the regions. Kevin works on developments including Woodford Garden Village, Kings Moat Garden Village in Chester, Hartford Grange, Weaver Park and Water’s Reach, all in Hartford, and Tabley Park in Knutsford.
- MICHAEL BROWN, ALTERED/SPACE | Currently own and manage Stanley Square - a multi-phased, mixed-use scheme in Sale and The Cockhedge Centre in Warrington - where they are working with Warrington Council on a joint masterplan to deliver up to 900 new homes in the town centre.
- RACHAEL AINSCOUGH, AINSCOUGH STRATEGIC LAND | Overseas all aspects of the business, from land identification and acquisition, through to planning promotion and land sale. Ainscough Strategic Land currently controls approximately 1,300 acres of development land across the UK, with the capacity for over 9,000 new homes and substantial commercial floorspace.
- CLARE HAYWARD, CHESHIRE & WARRINGTON LEP | Passionate about enabling the region to meet its sustainable, healthy, inclusive and growing vision. Clare believes in the power of the public, private and voluntary sectors working collaboratively to achieve long term goals within Cheshire.
- JAYNE TRAVERSE, CHESHIRE EAST COUNCIL | Currently oversees the delivery of all ‘Place’ based services at Cheshire East Council, including HS2 and Crewe regeneration, Future High Streets and Town’s Funds and a garden village development.
