- PETER ROWE, LCR PROPERTY | Is responsible for overseeing several of the firm’s regeneration initiatives across England, including the Chester Station Gateway project. With over 17 years of experience as a chartered town planner, he possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of city centre regeneration.
- ANNETTE MCDONALD, TATTON GROUP |The Tatton Group provides integrated consultancy and delivery services for investors, owners and occupiers throughout the UK. Clients include the Tatton Estate, the largest private landowner in Cheshire East/South Manchester, responsible for several thousand acres of land, 500 tenancies and range of innovative brown and greenfield developments.
- JOHN LAVERICK, WARRINGTON & CO | Responsible for the delivery of all major regeneration, housing and development projects within the town centre and the wider borough. Recently this has included the £142m Time Square development, a new bus depot, leisure facilities and housing schemes for open market rent and specialised accommodation.
- KAREN HIRST, MAPLE GROVE DEVELOPMENTS | Develops public/private partnerships across the group and progresses development opportunities, including some of the North West’s major commercial projects.
- TONY BARTON, DONALD INSALL ASSOCIATES | Donald Insall Associates is one of Europe’s leading conservation architects which operate out of 10 UK studios. Tony lives in, and mainly works in Chester and his team there has been responsible for many significant projects in Cheshire’s heritage-rich locations.
- ANDY FARRALL, CHESTER BID | Leading on development and investment alongside the Chester One City Plan. As a board member, Andy particularly focuses on reimagining and repositioning the city centre.
- RICHARD BEACHAM, CHESHIRE WEST & CHESTER COUNCIL | Recent projects include Chester’s Northgate development, Winsford town centre, the successful Levelling Up bid for Ellesmere Port and plans for Northwich and Cheshire City Gateway.
