- BECCA HERON. MANCHESTER CITY COUNCIL | Has a key role in the delivery of the ambitions set out in the Our Manchester strategy, building on the successes of the last two decades to drive inclusive growth that will ensure the city continues to be one of the most exciting destinations in Europe to live, work and play.
- JOHN SEARLE, SALFORD COUNCIL | Responsible for regeneration, property, development and investments, planning and building control, highways and technical services, operational services and employment and skills. This involves a gross revenue budget of over £90m and a capital programme of over £100m for 2022/23.
- SIMON BEDFORD, DELOITTE | Leads the regional real estate team. Simon is a specialist in development advisory services and is a local government lead for the business. He is an advisor to a number of Greater Manchester local authorities and also GMCA in regard to the Greater Manchester Growth agenda. Simon is currently engaged on projects that include both public and private sector clients.
- MARK GRAHAM, LDA DESIGN | Specialises in town centre regeneration and master-planning. LDA Design has played a key role in the design and delivery of some of the region’s most high-profile regeneration and public realm projects, including key transformation projects in Liverpool, Salford and Ashton-under-Lyne.
- HILARY BRETT-PARR, FEC | Has played a key role in the development of the Victoria North masterplan and Strategic Regeneration Framework, working in partnership with Manchester City Council. Hilary is responsible for the delivery of the Red Bank neighbourhood, one of FEC’s initial phases at Victoria North centred around the City River Park.
- MARK ROBINSON, ROCHDALE COUNCIL | Works closely with the GMCA to establish the Atom Valley Mayoral Development Zone which advocates a stronger economic role for the north. Mark also leads the delivery of Rochdale’s 2030 Growth Plan and rail corridor projects with responsibilities across regeneration, land and property, planning, transport, infrastructure and skills.
- PAUL LAKIN, BURY COUNCIL | Leads on major regeneration programmes. Bury's partnerships include the redevelopment of Mill Gate with Bruntwood, and a joint venture with Muse for the Longfield Centre in Prestwich.
- DAVID PROCTOR, WIGAN COUNCIL | Works across the authority’s ambitious and locally distinctive growth and regeneration agenda, spanning large-scale housing and commercial development sites, new infrastructure, and the development of strategy and policy.
