- ANNA RELPH, TURLEY | Currently lead planning advisor to Peel in relation to the redevelopment of the former Fiddlers Ferry Power Station in Warrington; one of the largest brownfield sites in the region and which will incorporate four million sq ft of new logistics / industrial floorspace.
- KATE HOWE, TRITAX SYMMETRY | Oversees Tritax Symmetry’s industrial and logistics schemes across Merseyside, Cheshire and Greater Manchester. Across the UK, Tritax Symmetry is building over three million sq ft of logistics and industrial space comprising 15 units across 10 schemes.
- TRACY CLAVELL-BATE, BARNFIELD CONSTRUCTION | Current projects include regeneration of Northlight a 380,000 sq ft Grade II listed mill complex with Pendle Council, 18 acre Preston East development with HBD and over 300,000 sq ft of industrial space for Barnfield’s own development division.
- DIANE CORFE, WATERMAN | Adept at programming the delivery of complex ecological projects ranging from niche specialist work, through to major project delivery. Diane recently provided ecological advice to Northern Powerhouse Rail and the Transpennine Route Upgrade programme.
- JACK BRISTER, WAIN ESTATES | Has worked across a range of sectors and has extensive experience of managing complex projects. A key project Jack is overseeing is the transformation of the 1,665-acre Carrington Estate - one of the UK’s largest brownfield regeneration schemes located in South West Manchester – into a large scale mixed-use, sustainable community.
- JULIAN STOTT, MUSE | Responsible for the delivery of Weston M6; a 1.2m sq ft logistics and employment scheme in Crewe. Previously, Julian worked for Manchester Airport Group delivering projects and enabled land for UPS, DHL, Dnata and Rolls Royce.
- GILES JONES, LIVERPOOL CITY REGION FREEPORT | LCR Freeport is a multi-modal special economic zone, facilitating trade and driving growth in the UK’s advanced manufacturing, biomanufacturing, logistics, and low carbon industries. Giles is responsible for liaising with public and private sector partners to drive delivery of the Freeport.
- ANDREW PEXTON, JLL | Leads JLL’s Industrial and Logistics agency team in the North West, advising occupiers, landlords and developers across the region. Current projects include Omega Loop 308 and Omega 400 at Omega, Warrington, Wain Estates Carrington portfolio, Skylink 147, Cheadle and Bridgewater Point, a 130,000 sq ft development at Trafford Park.
- NICK JONES, RICHBOROUGH ESTATES | Leads the land promoter’s commercial division which secures planning permission and land sales for high quality industrial & logistics sites, employment sites, retail parks and mixed-use developments. It has a pipeline of over 5 million sq. ft of employment space nationwide.
