This event is aimed at anyone working in or targeting the Liverpool market. Themes covered through debate and presentations on the day will include residential, commercial, funding, planning and delivery.

Iain Finlayson, estate director, Liverpool ONE, who works alongside Grosvenor Britain & Ireland to lead the estate team in its activity and communications, whilst overseeing liaison with wider Liverpool community organisations and stakeholders
Bill Addy, CEO, Liverpool BID Company, whose districts cover 120 acres of Liverpool and are home to 1,500 businesses employing more than 70,000 people
Nicola Rigby, principal, Avison Young, who is also the company’s North West development and regeneration lead, supporting the continuing economic revival of the region
Alan Bevan, managing director, City Residential, one of the largest and Liverpool city centre estate agents which also specialises in new homes, land acquisition/sales, development advice, build to rent, and portfolio sales/acquisition

Quentin Keohane, director, Falconer Chester Hall, who has been involved in designing a number of complex residential schemes across the UK as well as in the commercial, healthcare and education sectors
Garry Bowker, regional director, Vinci Construction, contractors on the Festival Gardens project which will deliver 1,500 eco-homes and a new eight hectare public open space
Darren Muir, principal planner, Pegasus Group, a leading development consultancy specialising in planning, design, environment, economics and heritage
Lynn Haime, partner and head of Liverpool office, Matthews & Goodman, who is an experienced asset manager and a TMT sector specialist. With a focus on office space, she provides acquisition and disposal advice to landlords, developers and occupiers across the North West
