The 8th annual exhibition, conference & networking event for the UK regeneration industry. Bringing together the people, places and products at the forefront of UK regeneration.

This unique one-day conference, exhibition and networking event will take place at the Titanic Hotel’s Rum Warehouse, on 10 September 2024.

Experts in regeneration, construction, property, planning, housing, transport and infrastructure will meet, greet and share insights on latest urban regeneration trends.

Regeneration is about creating sustainable and resilient communities, and the Regen 2024 conference programme will once again reflect this.

From freeing up green spaces to levelling up funds and social housing, our debate will travel across the country and visit various hot topics.

Whether you wish to exhibit with us to market or sell your products and services, attract new investment, or establish new long-term business contacts and relationships, visit to meet potential suppliers or partners, or attend the conference to learn, discuss and debate the hot topics in regeneration, Regen offers something for everyone involved in the industry.

Tickets for Regen are £95+VAT. Your ticket includes access to the one-day conference programme, exhibition stands and is catered throughout. We will also be hosting a networking drinks reception at the end of the conference until 7pm.
