Chartered Rural Surveyor

The Opportunity

An established firm of Chartered Surveyors, based within the Northwest of England, is offering an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Rural Surveyor to join a strong and established team, based out of Cumbria.

You shall be working with an established and growing client base throughout Cumbria & the Northwest, on a variety of instructions which could include a mix of the following:

• Valuations for all rural property types.
• Land & Estate Management.
• Property Agency – Sales & Lettings of all rural property types,
• Strategic Rural/Agri-Business.
• Consultancy to include Environmental Land Management.
• Planning & Development.
• Renewable Energy, Compulsory Purchase and other emerging opportunities

N.B. You shall not be required to have experience in all the above areas, but some awareness is key, and the role has the potential to be varied, or more specialised, for the right candidate.
