MRICS Commercial Surveyor (General Practice)

Due to continued success within the company, a Liverpool based Property firm is looking for an MRICS General Practice Surveyor with good quality all round commercial experience to join the team.

Having an enviable reputation within the market for providing a professional and personal service across commercial and residential property, this practice has an established and loyal client base throughout the region.

As the successful MRICS Surveyor within the Commercial division you will conduct work on behalf of public and private sector clients and will be given full autonomy to manage you own client relationships successfully.

Responsible for a full commercial offering your role will include providing effective asset management, lease consultancy, and agency advice within your portfolio when required, being given the full opportunity to utilise your comprehensive commercial experience.

With a passion for providing quality work, you will carry out property inspections, provide a high level of professional service and advice to your portfolio, attend client meetings, seek new opportunities, and prepare reports of a high calibre, with a focus on combining your experience and local knowledge to achieve a first-class service.

Reporting into the firm’s Managing Director you will be an integral part of this successful firm, being able to use your existing market success, tenacity, valued experience, and knowledge to support the MD on helping shape the future of the commercial department.

As the successful MRICS Commercial Surveyor you will have good all-round general practice experience in agency, lease consultancy, and property/asset management.
