      A well respected and acknowledged property firm is currently seeking an MRICS Commercial Property Portfolio Manager to join their team based in Greater Manchester.

      Within this role you will be focusing on providing day to day management to commercial assets (office and industrial), taking full ownership of your North West based portfolio.

      As Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for the following,

      Client Management – you will be the principle contact for tenants, ensuring a professional and high-level service is provided.

      Portfolio Management – maximising rental flows and property values for your portfolio of office and industrial space. Responsible for new lettings and renewals, handovers, rent reviews, lease breaks, and general L&T.

      Property Inspections – Responsible for undertaking regular inspections of your portfolio, often liaising with the In-House Building Surveying and Facilities Management teams. Monitoring performance of maintenance contractors.

      Service Charge Management – You will contribute towards the financial control of service charge, liaising with Facilities Manager, Property Accountant and Building Surveyor. Responsible for preparing new year budget, sign off invoices, produce updates, 5- and 10-year service charge projections, and prepare year end reconciliations.

      With a real passion for commercial property, you will relish the challenges often experienced within commercial property management and will enjoy taking a “hands on” role within your portfolio.

      As the successful MRICS Commercial Property Portfolio Manager you will

      • Be MRICS qualified
        Have recent experience in Commercial Property Management/Portfolio Management
      • Have a passion for commercial property
      • Have high attention to detail and good report writing skills, coupled with strong negotiation skills
