Your Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll oversee project delivery and stakeholder engagement, ensuring high standards of performance and compliance.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Managing scopes of work across multiple projects, ensuring objectives are met.
- Negotiating effectively with design teams, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Driving due diligence and ensuring smooth onboarding of contractors.
- Managing budgets ranging from small works to projects valued at £5m.
- Ensuring full compliance with NEC and JCT contract frameworks, supporting the organisation’s transition to NEC.
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with Consultancy experience, and a strong understanding of contractor management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with JCT and NEC forms of contract is essential.
- Professional qualifications such as RICS (preferred but not essential).
