Keepmoat puts in for 46 affordable Lancashire homes

Keepmoat Homes’ application for a 46-home development in Farrington has been validated by South Ribble Council.

Planning consultant Turley lodged the application on behalf of Keepmoat Homes.

Roughly five miles south of Preston, the former agricultural site off Bannister Lane spans more than four acres.

The homes will be divided by affordable home ownership, of which there would be 20 three-bed and seven four-bed homes.

The remaining 19 three-bed homes have been allocated for social, affordable, and intermediate rent.

All the houses would be two storeys, with similar designs across the site.

Car parking will be available, with 100 designated spaces.

The project team includes Ascerta, Agility, Hepworth Acoustics, Crofts, Roger Hannah, and LDE.
