Legat Owen completes retail deals

Legat Owen has reported several shop lettings on behalf of clients in Chester, Wrexham and Wigan.

At 25 St Werburgh Street in Chester, tenant Yin Jewellery has signed a new 15-year lease on 925 sq ft at £22,000 a year. The property is owned by Werburgh Properties.

In Wrexham, tenant Ian Harding has signed a three-year lease on 1,200 sq ft at 95 Kingsmills Road, owned by Farmfoods, at a rent of £12,000 a year.

Barnardos has signed a 10-year lease on 929 sq ft at 2 Gidlow Lane in Wigan with landlord Pamfield Properties, paying £17,000 a year. Barnardos was advised by Hynes & Co.
