MCR secures 55,000 sq ft Ellesmere Port consent 

Cheshire West and Chester Council has chosen The Spine architect to breathe new life into the flea market.

The registered provider has increased the number of affordable homes it will acquire at the housebuilder’s Wigan and Ellesmere Port developments from 106 to 163.

A total of £11.7m of loans and grants has been provided to pave the way for the creation of Vortex Business Park.
