Shoosmiths hires three
The law firm has expanded its real estate and construction teams in Manchester with the appointment of two senior associates and a litigation solicitor.
Matthew Forrest joined from Hill Dickinson, and specialises in property litigation work for retailers, developers, investors, utility and telecoms companies. Neil Armstrong moved to Shoosmiths from Weightmans, and specialises in construction and engineering matters. They are both senior associates.
Real estate litigation solicitor Sophie Kindon joined from DAC Beachcroft, and has experience of acting for landlords, tenants and portfolio holders across a range of sectors.
