New tenant in at Red Scar
Landlord Tustin Developments has let a 16,100 sq ft warehouse and showroom to NW Carpets & Flooring in Red Scar Business Park, East Preston.
The newly refurbished unit off Longridge Road was taken on a three-year lease at a quoting rent of £3.34/sq ft.
Robert Pinkus & Co and BDH acted as joint agents on behalf of the landlord.
Other occupiers in Red Scar include Booths supermarkets, James Hall and Menzies Distribution.
Further units at Red Scar are currently under construction, with new-build warehouses of up to 6,000 sq ft available from the end of June.
