Chester university seeks building maintenance contractor

University of Chester has published a tender for a £5m-£6m contract to oversee building maintenance work on its main site in Chester.
The three-year contract also incorporates other sites associated to the university and has an option of a year extension at the discretion of the University of Chester and subject to satisfactory performance.
Submitting tenders have until Friday 31 July to apply.
