B&M warehouse changes hands for £48m

The Vault, B&M Retail’s 620,000 sq ft distribution warehouse in Speke, has been sold by Deutsche Bank to HansaInvest for £48m.
Deutsche Bank bought the facility from B&M in 2011 for £30m.
The purchase was made on behalf of its real estate property trust.
The Vault sits on Dakota Drive within Estuary Commerce Park, and was built in 2007.
Savills advised Deutsche Bank.
