Pin Property lets space at Waterside
Hall Analytical, a specialist in product testing, has taken 21,400 sq ft on a 10-year lease at the office scheme off Crewe Road in Altrincham.
The company, which relocated from nearby Millbrook Business Centre, has joined medical technology firm Hologic in the 48,000 sq ft Waterside office building, which is undergoing a refurbishment led by its owner Pin Property Consultancy.
Hall Analytical has fitted out its own laboratories and offices, working with contractor M3 Construction.
The remaining 18,000 sq ft of office space at Waterside is being marketed by joint agents Williams Sillitoe and JLL.
Phil Meakin, leasing and development manager at Manchester-based Pin Property, said: “Securing Hall Analytical prior to completing the wider refurbishment is testament to the location, adaptability and quality of the building.
“We are in discussions with several occupiers and anticipate that the remaining 18,000 sq ft will be let soon.’’
Manchester-based law firm Kuits advised on the deal.
