Forbes hires Croftons housing partner
Northern law firm Forbes Solicitors has appointed Lucy Worrall as partner and head of housing and regeneration in Manchester.
Worrall joins from Croftons Solicitors and has worked in the social housing sector for 12 years. She is a specialist in acting for registered providers in connection with development and regeneration, commercial property and supported housing.
She is chairman of Women in Property in the North West and a board member of Greater Manchester housing association Your Tung Sing.
Worrall said: "The next few years will be very exciting as we look to expand on the development and regeneration work and become a nationally recognised team in this sector."
