TK Maxx and JD move into Aintree

TK Maxx and JD Sports have agreed leases at Orbit Developments' Aintree Racecourse Retail Park.
Clothing retailer TK Maxx has signed a 15-year lease on a 20,000 sq ft retail unit. JD Sports has taken an 8,030 sq ft retail unit on a 10-year lease. Costa Coffee recently opened a 1,851 sq ft drive thru unit, taking a 15-year lease.
Mark Hanna, senior retail leasing surveyor at Orbit Developments, said: "The additions are a significant boost for the park and to our clientele and the local area. The retail park has seen considerable growth this year with footfall steadily increasing as we improve the line-up."
