Muse recruits Landsec director
As finance director, Rosalind Futter will support the Salford-based developer’s ambitions for growth.
Futter joins Muse Developments after more than 11 years with commercial property developer Landsec, where she was group finance director. Futter has more than 20 years of experience in finance and has previously worked for PwC, Priory Group, and Reuters.
Muse managing director Kate Bowyer praised Futter’s hire.
“Rosalind brings a wealth of operational and financial leadership experience, enabling us to push forward with our partners to deliver a shared vision and build brighter futures for all,” she said.
Commenting on her new role, Futter said: “To be joining a market-leading regeneration company in Muse is a fantastic opportunity and I’m looking forward to supporting the business with its ambitious plans for growth over the coming months and years.”
Muse, part of Morgan Sindall Group, has an order book and forward development pipeline of £2.2bn. The company is on site with 19 projects across the country, including Eden, a 115,000 sq ft office in Salford that will be net zero in operation.
