Network Space tables 147,000 sq ft Knowsley industrial
Having sold 104,000 sq ft at Alchemy Business Park to CBRE IM last year, the developer is now forging ahead with plans for more sheds on land it retained.
Network Space has submitted an application to Knowsley Council for 147,000 sq ft of industrial space across two sheds off Alchemy Way.
The larger unit would provide a 98,000 sq ft of warehouse, 3,500 sq ft of accompanying office space, and a 3,500 sq ft mezzanine.
The second unit would offer 39,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation and a 3,400 sq ft mezzanine.
Aew Architects is leading on design and Spawforths is the planning consultant.

Completed by Caddick Construction in 2019, CBRE Investment Management took control of the Knowsley asset with long-term lets to two major tenants in place.
Units one and three total 68,500 sq ft and are let to Mercedes Benz-owned eStar Truck and Van on a 15-year lease.
The remaining 35,000 sq ft shed is let to Amazon on a 10-year lease.
