GALLERY | Place North MIPIM 2025 Arrival Reception

Delegates of all stripes keen to get their week off to a flyer descended on Huracannes for the third edition of Place North’s popular Monday evening gathering.

Sponsored by Yardi, Place North’s MIPIM Arrival reception allowed a group of 200 property professionals the opportunity to get stuck in to some serious networking and set their stalls out for a busy week ahead.

Held last night in the heart of Cannes, Place’s fully subscribed opening party was a chance for the Northern property community, international investors, public sector leaders, and developers to catch up with old friends and make new ones before the official start of MIPIM today.

MIPIM 2025 runs until Friday in Cannes. Around 23,000 built environment professionals and local authority officials are set to attend this year’s event. For the first time since 2008, the UK has brought the largest delegation, overtaking France.
