Alliance Investments agrees strategic partnership with Place North
The year-long campaign will mark Alliance Investments’ first decade in operation as it builds on its presence across the North.
Alliance Investments has agreed a multimedia package that includes thought-leadership commentary and profile-raising across podcast, video and written formats. There will be event collaboration at UKREiiF and MIPIM as well as a bespoke roundtable filmed by the Place production team.
All activity benefits from reaching Place’s ready audience of professionals in the property industry.
Tom Russell, managing partner of Alliance Investments, said: “Partnering with the Place team is the next logical step for us as we look to grow our marketing activity and maximise our presence in the North.
“As established businesses, we both take pride in adding real end-to-end value for our clients and that is reflected in our new collaboration. We’re looking forward to working with their team ahead of our 10th anniversary in 2024.”
Russell added: “Our partnership will help us expand our reach, connect with new developers, and continue to deliver outstanding property opportunities to both homebuyers and investors.
“Alliance Investments has established itself at the UK’s leading property investment company and is growing rapidly. There’s no better way to start our second decade in operation than with Place North.”
Dino Moutsopoulos, managing partner and head of commercial at Place North, said: “We are delighted to have been chosen by Alliance Investments to help with their next stage of profile growth. Clear communications are key to creating a strong market position and influencing the market.
“Place Partnerships are deeper than just above-the-line marketing and advertising, the team here work closely with Partners to integrate key individuals into opportunities to start and grow relationships whilst simultaneously strategically positioning partner brands at the desired level. I very much look forward to working with Alliance Investments over the coming months.”
