Bloor seeks consent for 325-home Sandbach scheme
The housebuilder has asked Cheshire East Council for permission to develop three parcels of land north of Davenham totalling 47 acres.
Parcel B, a more than 15-acre plot, sits south east of Rose Way. Parcel C spans 13 acres south of the A533, and Parcel D consists of more than 19 acres of agricultural land, found opposite Parcel C.
Bloor Homes’ plans, submitted by planning consultant Pegasus, outline the construction of 325 homes, 98 of which would be affordable.
The scheme would also include a nine-acre park and a children’s play area in Parcel D.
Around 20 acres of green space would be provided, including a linear park lining the south of the site.
The housing mix has not yet been finalised, but no properties would exceed 2.5 storeys, according to planning documents.
Those providing expertise on the project include Tyler Grange Group, Curtins, JPM Acoustics, Briary, Coopers, Wardell Armstrong, Lexington, KKP, ADAS, and Betts.
