PNW Cheshire

BOOK NOW | Cheshire and North Wales Development Update 2025

Devolution is coming to Cheshire, but how will it impact regeneration and development in the area? Find out at Place North West’s half-day conference in June.

Political leaders from Warrington Council, Cheshire East Council, and Cheshire West and Chester Council will outline their ambitions for a devolved Cheshire while explaining how they intend to wield more power locally to drive growth.

For the first time, the event will also shine a light on North Wales, exploring some of the large scale projects in the region and discussing the opportunities and challenges they present.

In addition, public and private sector decision-makers will run the rule over the development scene in Cheshire, analysing how government policy is shaping the landscape and debating what the county’s priorities should be.

This event is sponsored by Waterman and FI Real Estate Management.

The event takes place from 8am on 5 June at Chester Racecourse.
