Life Sciences, a lot of hype around that for some time now. The third part of those questions posed above though must be a resounding yes, this type of innovation district has shown significant growth in Manchester along the Oxford Rd corridor with the Manchester Science Park and with ID Manchester district soon to be started I’d say the answer is a resounding yes we can compete. Not sure just how much life sciences research is going to take place in the Atom valley as it develops but it’s a huge long term undertaking and it seems to be a centre for all things STEM. I’d say the future looks brighter around here for science in general.
