Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham has promised to deliver 10,000 new council homes by 2028 to help alleviate the city region’s affordability crisis. You can hear from him directly about how he plans to do it at this half-day conference.
Plus: Is Labour’s goal of delivering 370,000 homes a year achievable or just pie in the sky? And what role can the various residential asset classes play in tackling the North West’s housing crisis? Book now to get answers to these questions and more at this half-day conference.
Place North West’s RESI event will bring together developers, architects, funders, and consultants from across the residential development sector to provide the latest insights on co-living, build-to-rent, PBSA, and social housing.
This event will also take a deep dive into the revised NPPF and ask what it means for you and your clients.
If you think the residential sector requires some fresh thinking, stick around for the final panel of the day, which will offer up ideas on the direction of travel the industry should be heading in.
Held on the morning of 17 October at Bridgewater Hall in Manchester, the conference will offer guests a mixture of lively panel sessions, insightful presentations, and networking opportunities.
The event kicks off with breakfast at 8am and also includes a series of breaks in between and a post-programme lunch, leaving plenty of time to catch up with existing contact and meet new ones.
