CBRE expands specialist markets team

The Manchester office of CBRE has appointed Catherine Potts as associate director in its specialist markets division, joining from Christie & Co where she specialised in care, medical, pub, retail and hotel sectors.

In her new role at CBRE, Potts will be undertaking valuation advisory work across a range of sectors including pubs, leisure and healthcare.

Potts’ appointment follows two recent promotions within the six-strong team headed up by senior director Shaun Skidmore. Julian Such has been promoted to director and Nick Huddleston to associate director, working alongside associate director Richard Savage and surveyor Lorna Pass.
