Colliers takes Delaney from LSH

Andrew Delaney has left Lambert Smith Hampton to join Colliers International's Manchester office as director of development.
Delaney was at LSH for six years and worked on town centre masterplans for Scunthorpe and Blackburn and a review of strategic sites for the North West Development Agency.
Mike Walker, head of Colliers' Manchester office, said: "We are delighted to welcome Andrew to the Manchester office. He has a wealth of experience in development and planning, and he will be a valuable asset to our clients and to us as we continue to grow our development solutions service in the North West."
