Cushman & Wakefield partner joins Chancerygate
Cushman & Wakefield’s head of North West industrial and logistics Chris Brown has joined Chancerygate as development manager.
Brown, who has worked for Cushman & Wakefield since 2010 is due to take up his new role in December, based at the industrial and logistics developer’s Warrington office.
Mike Walker, development director at Chancerygate, said: “We have more than 600,000 sq ft of new or refurbished space being delivered in the region during the next three years and are hungry to increase our activity further.
“The time was right to recruit another development expert to deal with the existing pipeline and source new opportunities in the North West and also Yorkshire. We needed someone who understands our core markets and Chris fits the bill perfectly.”
Brown is the second major hire for the developer so far this year, which also recruited Lambert Smith Hampton’s Daniel March as project manager in August.
Chancerygate’s projects in the North West include 212,000 sq ft of industrial space close to Liverpool 2, and 12 self-contained units at Matrix Park, Chorley.
