Eagle flies into Kuits

The Manchester-based commercial law firm has strengthened its team with the addition of a partner and head of property litigation.

Christian Eagle arrives at Kuits with a wealth of experience as a commercial litigator and a track record for smooth handling of detailed property issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Eagle was a partner and head of commercial litigation for several years at Ralli LLP in Manchester. Before that he was a solicitor with Turner Parkinson.

His expertise covers areas such as dilapidation, break clauses, easements, and a wide range of landlord and tenant issues.

Eagle said: “I’m delighted to join Kuits, who have an excellent reputation in the market for their highly skilled legal teams, the quality of work they do, and their commitment to delivering a high standard of client service.”

Steve Eccleston, managing partner, added: “We are pleased to welcome Christian to our team at Kuits.

“His expertise in property litigation and alternative dispute resolution will significantly enhance our service offerings to clients.

“The last 12 months has been another successful year of growth for the firm which is reflected in the recent appointments of some of the most well-respected legal professionals in the region.”

Eagle’s appointment follows swiftly after Michell Spark joined the firm as a planning partner last month to bolster its property offering.
