MEPC’s latest NOMA office block completed last month. Here’s a look inside the NABERS five-star building.
Coming in at 11 storeys, 4 Angel Square offers 200,000 sq ft of office place, as well as a business lounge, wellness suite, event facility, and 10th-floor roof terrace.
Jolie was the interior designer, SimpsonHaugh the architect, and Bowmer + Kirkland the main contractor for the building. In addition to achieving a NABERS five-star design for performance target rating, 4 Angel Square is BREEAM Outstanding and WiredScore Platinum.
Colliers, JLL, and LTL Property are the leasing agents for 4 Angel Square.
4 Angel Square will not be the newest NOMA block for long. Planning permission was secured for the Cartwright Pickard-designed 2 Angel Square and 3 Angel Square last year.
