Hill Dickinson spring property updates return
Law firm Hill Dickinson has outlined topics for the latest in its popular series of seasonal property updates.
The two free events aimed at property professionals will take place in Liverpool and Manchester later this month.
John Holmes, Hill Dickinson's head of planning, will cover planning enforcement changes, compulsory purchase compensation amendments and town and village green updates. If the Government's National Planning Policy framework has been published by the time of the events then that will be discussed.
Bill Chandler, legal director at Hill Dickinson, will address guests on changes relating to leases, rights of way and Land Registry titles.
Ralph Bullivant, partner in litigation, will look at recent cases arising out of disputes between landlords and tenants including difficulties experienced by a tenant seeking to exercise a break clause, ongoing litigation involving Humber Oil Terminals; and Dilapidations Protocol – which has now been formally adopted under the Civil Procedure Rules.
The events run from 8.30am to 11am on 20 March in Manchester and 27 March in Liverpool at Hill Dickinson's offices: 50 Fountain Street, Manchester, M2 2AS, and 1 St Paul's Square, Liverpool, L3 9SJ. Please email Kerri McKeown at kerri.mckeown@hilldickinson.com to request a place.
