Integritas Property Group appoints head of development

Ryan Guest has joined the developer from M-AR Offsite, where he was commercial director.

Guest, who joined in July this year is one of three new appointments that Integritas Property Group made over the summer.

Luke Gribben became business development manager in June while Ross Fleming also joined IPG as global sales director.

Based in IPG’s Liverpool office, Ryan will oversee all UK developments while also growing and maintaining supply chains related to those developments.

Guest has an in-depth knowledge of civil engineering and house building and two decades of experience in the construction sector, having previously worked with TSL and ECE Contractors as commercial manager.

Guest said: “Leading commercial teams within the construction industry is a real passion of mine, enabling me to make real, tangible differences to the growth of a company.

“Joining IPG now, at the point where their aspirational expansion plans are well underway, is hugely exciting, and I look forward to helping the team achieve their commercial objectives.”

Mitchell Walsh, chief executive of IPG, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Ryan to our fast-growing team, as we strive to meet the targets we set for the business at the start of the year.

“With his commerciality, strategic approach, and extensive understanding of the sector, Ryan will play an integral role in helping us secure the opportunities and revenues we are aiming for.”

Recent IPG projects include Central Point, a 69 apartment development, and Vaux, Naylor Street, comprised of 62 apartments in the Pumpfields district.

IPG are making good progress on their Bastion Point site in Oriel St, Liverpool although they could be quicker.
IPG also have said they have started the groundworks to their site North of Vauxhall , meanwhile they now own a site near Brunswick Station and say they should be onsite there by this year’s end which is a great location and should be popular.
