Mills & Reeve boosts Manchester real estate team
The law firm, which has six offices across the country, has appointed two senior lawyers to its property division in Manchester as it grows its client base.
Lindsey Clark has joined the team as a principal associate, after four and a half years at Eversheds Sutherland.
At Mills & Reeve, Clark will advise on high value commercial property matters and act for developers on development and regeneration projects.
Hannah Cheminais has also been appointed as a principal associate. She joins from DLA Piper, where she spent four years as senior associate and legal director.
She will work on commercial property transaction work, including sales and acquisitions.
The appointments signal continued growth within the firm’s Manchester property team, which currently employs 19.
Mike Edge, head of real estate, said: “When Rachel Pitman and I joined the firm two years ago, we set out to rapidly grow the team through the recruitment of highly skilled lawyers and new client wins.
“We made no secret of our ambitions to become a major player in the North West real estate sector. We have continued to grow our market share of work within the region and UK-wide for both regional and national clients.”
