Morgan Sindall reaffirms Place Partnership
Morgan Sindall Construction is embarking on a 12-month marketing and business development campaign with Place North West.
The forward-thinking construction company, part of Morgan Sindall Group, has delivered £1.6bn in social value on its projects over the past year. Committed to sustainability, Morgan Sindall Construction has managed to divert nearly 97% of construction waste from landfill and has also developed its own carbon reduction plan.
Recent North West projects include the first phase of Birkenhead’s £1n regeneration scheme, the £16m University of Salford’s robotics innovation centre, and the final phase of Waterside Places’ residential masterplan in Manchester.
Barry Roberts, managing director at Morgan Sindall Construction North West, said: “We have been working with Place North West on an informal basis for many years now but last year established our first formal partnership, which really created fantastic value and exposure for our North West business in 2022.
“We are delighted to again go into partnership in 2023 and look forward to working with the Place team to continue to promote the great work we are doing across the North West on and off site – from interactive site tours to bespoke breakfast events, and much more.”
