Muller puts forward plans for 133 Cheshire homes

The developer has submitted an environmental impact assessment screening report to Cheshire East Council, scoping out the potential to build a residential scheme on the land west of Moorsfield Avenue in Audlem.

Plans propose building 133 homes, 30% of which would be affordable, on a 23-acre plot. The EIA application will consider the environmental effects of such a scheme.

Access, parking, and public open space would be included, and the site would act as an extension to the village of Audlem, on land currently used for agricultural purposes.

The EIA has been prepared by Barry’s on behalf of Muller Property Group, a prevalent housebuilder in Cheshire with schemes underway at Maylands Park, and which recently sold a 20-acre Sandbach plot to Anwyl Homes.

An opinion on the EIA will be expected within three weeks of this application’s submission.
