Four deals at Deeside Industrial Estate

Legat Owen and B8 have concluded four lettings at Zone 2 on Deeside Industrial Estate, including a deal with DPD to take 26,300 sq ft.

DPD’s is the largest of the four and will see the company take a 10-year lease. Elsewhere, Karl Vella Group has expanded its presence on the park by taking an additional 10,000 sq ft, while Tructyre, part of the ATS Group, has signed up for 3,500 sq ft on a five-year lease.

Existing tenant Cytori has also renewed its lease on a 5,000 sq ft unit for another five years.

The 105-acre Zone 2 sits off the A550, two miles from the end of the M56, and will provide up to 850,000 sq ft of industrial, employment, and warehouse space.

Last month, two buildings totalling 103,000 sq ft secured planning consent at the site, while a £510,000 phase of refurbishment has also recently completed. Units are available on a leasehold basis.
