Liverpool grants consent to Freemasons Row homes

Liverpool City Council has approved plans from Vinco Group, for a 664-bed residential scheme on the edge of the city centre.

Freemasons, on Leeds Street, consists of four separate residential towers of 16 storeys around three landscaped courtyards, on the junction of Leeds Street and St Bartholomew Road.

The planning application was approved this morning at committee, for a scheme which will provide a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments, studios and three-storey, two-bed townhouses which the developer hopes will appeal to both first time buyers and professionals.

Now planning permission has been granted, the Vinco Group said it hopes to start on site this year.

The architect is Falconer Chester Hall.
