One Manchester appoints transformation officer
Charlotte Grover has joined the housing provider’s executive leadership team to refine and reshape its key business functions and delivery services post pandemic.
The newly created role aims to help One Manchester respond to challenges and opportunities presented by Covid-19, develop and retain talent, and maximise engagement with customers.
As transformation officer, Grover’s remit will include improving technology and empowering colleagues to work in an agile way “so we’re able to offer flexible, localised services for our customers based on their needs”, according to One Manchester.
Chief executive Nic Kershaw added: “We’re at a crucial point as a sector in the recovery from Covid-19, during which we can shape our services to respond to the challenges and opportunities.
“Charlotte’s experience in responding to external developments and supporting businesses to realise their full potential will be an excellent addition to the organisation.”
“I was attracted to One Manchester because of its ambition very clearly to be more than a landlord,” Grover said.
In 2001, Grover founded Mindset Solutions, a human resources consultancy, having previously worked in the HR departments of Toyota, Unilever and Xerox.
