Northern Trust adds to planning team

The land regeneration team at Northern Trust has recruited John Tootell from Malcolm Judd & Partners as planning manager.

Tootell worked in the London office of Malcom Judd and joins Northern Trust, based in Chorley, as it grows its already substantial land bank.

Mike Riding, director of Northern Trust, added: "John joins us at a very exciting time when Northern Trust is expanding its land bank through acquisition of large brownfield and greenfield strategic sites. With an existing land holding in excess of c5,000 acres, John's appointment is a welcome addition to the already experienced team of property professionals."
