Ogilvie joins Kellen Homes
Eleanor Ogilvie has left MCI Developments to take on the role of head of land and partnerships at the housebuilder.
Based in Warrington, Kellen Homes launched in 2020 and counts Renaker-founder Daren Whitaker as its primary shareholder. The housebuilder has been active in the North West, with plans to build 272 homes in West Gorton, 311 homes in Middleton, and 211 homes in Bury.
Ogilvie started her property career in 2015 at Mulbury. She joined MCI in 2019 as a land and partnerships manager and rose in the ranks to head of land and partnerships in March. Ogilvie is also a prominent member in Association of Women in Property and was chair of the North West chapter in 2021.
Remarking on her role at Kellen Homes, Ogilvie said: “I am thrilled to be joining such an experienced and cohesive team.
“Kellen Homes is a new housebuilder but is already making an impact and has set out a vision for future growth which I am excited to be a part of.”
Kellen Homes chief executive Ian Kelley said the team was “delighted” to have Ogilvie on board.
“This is an exciting time for Kellen Homes as we start to harvest the fruits of our first two years in business and look to a bright future,” he said.
“Ellie brings experience, drive and an innovative way of approaching land acquisition and development that is the hallmark of our business. She is a welcome and valuable addition to the team.”
