Pinnacle signs 10-year lease at Aviation House
Prime Property Consultancy’s Speke building is now fully let.
Pinnacle Group, a mixed-tenure housing management provider, has taken 5,686 sq ft on the second floor of the building. It is the third tenant for the building, which also is home to Keepmoat Homes and Tyrenet.
Located in Estuary Business Park, Aviation House boasts refurbished grade A offices and a location close to the Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
“Pinnacle is very excited to be moving into Aviation House in the Estuary Business Park,” said Paul de Kock, head of projects at Pinnacle. “After considering numerous options in the local area, we found Aviation House to be best suited for our new operational base in the North West. The excellent transport links, accessibility and overall location topped with a modern, efficient building were key factors in our decision making.”
De Kock went on to praise Prime Property Consultancy for its commitment to sustainability, highlighting how the company installed EV charge points to help Pinnacle manage its EV fleet.
“We are delighted to have secured such a high profile tenant that will complement our existing occupiers in the building,” said Prime’s commercial director Imran Younus. “Our business is going from strength to strength in what is a challenging market.”
Matthews & Goodman, Avison Young and Hitchcock Wright acted as joint agents on Aviation House. SpacePoint Real Estate was the agent for Pinnacle. Regarding the lease, Ray Smith of Kuits acted on the landlord’s behalf.
