Daniel Barnes, director, of office agency, Manchester Savills, said: “PRP are a great fit for Forty Princess Street This exceptional office building provides high-quality space with great connectivity.

“The building offers a range of suites to cater for a variety of requirements and we have a good level of interest given the flexibility across the building and the ability to deliver fully fitted solutions.”

OBI’s Andrew Cowell said: “From the outset, PRP were always focused on finding space in a fully restored heritage asset with good sustainability credentials and high amenity, and in Forty Princess Street that is perfectly aligned to their requirement for their new Manchester office.”
