Stärka recruits property consultant
Richi Peters, formerly of Savills and GVA, has joined the real estate advisory company to share his expertise in tenant representation and acquisitions.
Peters has more than 20 years of experience and has worked in both the UK and Australia. Regarding joining Stärka as a property consultant, Peters said: “The time was right for a new challenge, one that would give me the opportunity to help grow a business, and there is no better place to do that than Stärka.
He continued: “I have joined a very exciting agency with very forward-thinking clients. I am committed to delivering at a fast and effective pace, and look forward to bringing my expertise and experience to Stärka and its clients.”
In addition to hiring Peters, Stärka has recruited Kate Buswell as an apprentice.
Stärka was founded by David Bell and Sammy Jones in January of this year. Since then, Stärka has aided in deals of more than 400,000 sq ft – including Gravity’s leasing of 100,000 sq ft at Liverpool One. Stärka also assisted Chotto Matte in signing for 20,000 sq ft at St Michael’s in Manchester.
Reflecting on the past year, Jones said: “Our company ethos is passion, energy and enthusiasm, and since we launched in January our successes have been incredible.
“This is a testament to the team’s dedication, expertise and our commitment to providing a bespoke service for all our clients,” she continued.
“We are innovators and, with Richi and Kate joining us, we are in a great position to expand further in the leisure, restaurant and lifestyle sectors to deliver our vision.”
Stärka has offices in London and Cheshire. The agency’s clients include Grosvenor, DTZ IM, and Schroders.
